Sales Policy: All sales are final.

Free Sample is free when downloaded. We will add a $10 handling and shipping charge effective, April 15, 2009, for all sample units that are mailed.

Discount Policy:  We have a number of discount options.  Only one discount option can be applied to your purchases.  We do not offer multiple discounts. 

Our calendar year discount applies only to customers who purchase 6 FULL PRICED curriculum products at $660.  Your eligibility will be checked before you can select your 7th unit for free. You MUST contact us directly by phone or email for this discount to be applied.

Storewide discounts are offered randomly throughout the year. They are limited time offers. Catch them as you can!

Promotional discounts are offered when product discount codes are offered in other media.

Return Policy: All our products are electronic intellectual property. We do not offer return, or credits for returns, or exchanges.

Replacement Policy: Because we have UPGRADED units, your older version of a now UPGRADED unit can be replaced for $55. If you have lost a CD, we will replace it for $10, shipping and handling.
