WHAT'S NEW:

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

As of December 1, 2006, we have discontinued sending a single password-protected CD with our entire curriculum. We are no longer using password-protected files.

You will receive your ordered rotation units on separate CDs. All the units you order will be shipped together in cases. In the CD cases there will instructions for copying our curriculum on your computer. All material is copyrighted.

WAYS TO ORDER:

Quickest ways: Online Ordering

At our website under Products. You will enter our "shopping cart" or "store" by clicking on Product "button. Once inside, if you are a NEW customer, you will be asked to set up your account information, including email address and password for future use. As an EXISTING customer, go to "My Account", click it and enter your email address and password. Do your shopping and check out. Your order will be processed and mailed. See Shipping Info.

Email your order to orders@potters-publishing.com using order form to organize your purchase. Give us your church's name, address, city, state and zip code, along with shipping address if different. Please include phone numbers including cell phone. List the units by name and number. Press Send

NEW DISCOUNT INFO

As in the past, when you order 7 units in the period of a year's time, we will offer a discount. When you order your 7th unit, it will only cost $30. You will receive a $70 reduction on your 7th unit, or 63% discount. The total cost of your 7 units will be $700, a 10% reduction on the 7 units you purchased in a year.

NEW RETURN INFO

Because our curriculum is no longer password protected, our return policy is stricter than before. However, we will accept rotation units back with a written letter stating reasons for the return and the assurances that the curriculum has been removed from all computers where it was copied. Upon receipt of that letter, we will gladly offer you any other unit in exchange for the returned unit. We will no longer offer refunds.

SHIPPING INFO

We ship orders three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Please allow 7 to 10 days for normal shipping and delivery of your order.
We use Priority Mail for all shipments, except for special orders.
Cost for faster shipping arrangements will be added to your invoice; call to make arrangements.
