ORDERING INFO

ALL SALES ARE FINAL because downloaded products and CD products, once delivered can be, unfortunately, copied.  Please do not share our curriculum with others. All material is copyrighted.

WAYS TO ORDER:

The best way to order is using our web store.  Click on “Red STORE Crayon" at the left. 
You can Email your order to potters@potters-publishing.com Provide us with your church's name, address, city, state and zip code, along with shipping address if different. Please do not use your personal home address. Please include church phone numbers and a personal cell phone if we need to contact you about your order. List the units by name and product codes found in our store.

Call us at 1.888.387.8160 or 1.888.387.8110. If we are not available, we have a 24-hour answering service, so give all the information as above to them. They send us your order and we will complete it.

SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT IN OUR STORE:

Start by clicking on “Product “crayon at the left.  If you are a NEW customer, you will be asked to set up your account information, including email address and password for future use. Please use your CHURCH’S name and address when setting up your church’s account.  We DO NOT accept accounts for INDIVIDUALS.
As an EXISTING customer, go to "My Account", click it and enter your email address and password. You can update your account within our store if the information has changed. Go shopping and check out.
PLEASE keep a record of your account information and let one other leader in your church know how to purchase curriculum. Order requiring shipment will be processed and mailed between Tuesday and Thursday every week.

HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER:

We have two delivery methods: 1) Downloads, which are the fastest and cheapest way to order, or 2) Priority Mail, which is our preferred way to ship your order.  Effective April 15th, all mailed orders will be charged $10 shipping and handling fee per shipment (box). You will receive your ordered rotation units on separate CDs. All the units you order will be shipped together in one case, if possible. In the CD cases there will instructions for copying our curriculum on your computer.

SHIPPING INFO

We ship orders three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please allow 5 to 8 days for your order. We use Priority Mail for all shipments, except for special orders.
EXPRESS MAIL cost, $17.50, will be added to your invoice; call 888-387-8160 for these rush orders.
