This can be as simple as a tabletop rotating colored ball that plugs in which can usually be inexpensively purchased at party outlet stores, Target and Wal-Mart. Or, purchase an 8" Battery Powered Disco Ball Package from CoolStuffCheap.com.

Kit has battery-operated mirrored ball, spotlight, colored lenses, etc. and is easy to set up and move around.
